Die-Tech Industries is a full service die shop offering services to design, build, repair and run production stamping dies. Prototype design and manufacturing are also used to help you with all of your needs to plan and build a benchmark manufacturing line of products.

Die Shop

We offer a full service die shop used to maintain stamping dies as well as build new dies, die sections and engineering changes. We provide laser cutting for prototypes, CNC machining, CNC Mill, two wire EDM machines and also the ability to scan current parts or die sections and reverse engineer parts using the latest Romer manual CMM, PC-DMIS software and Solidworks engineering software. Engineering Consultation and Prototyping

We have full capability for engineering consultation for both die manufacturing and die repair. We can scan a part using a manual CMM and reverse engineer the part and either compare to current level CAD software or create a drawing for the existing part. Stamping

We have progressive presses ranging from 200 to 800 tons and individual presses ranging from 45 to 600 tons. Currently we have more than 550 customer owned dies and tool sets used to manufacture parts. Please contact our Sales or Engineering department for further details.

Welding and Fabrication

We are an industry leader in designing, building and running robotic welding, spot welding, nut welding weld cells as well as assembly and staking operations used to hand stake clinch nuts for automotive and heavy truck industries.
